Concept & Objectives
A mobile application for controlled weight loss with online doctor support. It includes progress tracking, statistics, and personal health monitoring.
My Role
Updated the UX/UI of the existing app, improved tracking logic, redesigned progress graphs, and refined user journeys with complete screen states for both Android and iOS versions.
Additionally, I updated and simplified the eligibility flow and the subscription process, making both steps clearer and easier for users to complete.

Includes categorized video lessons, the user’s current and upcoming medication plans, and a system of achievements that rewards progress through daily tasks and program activities.
Funnel and technical app screens
Includes the full eligibility flow, redesigned to simplify onboarding, along with supporting technical app screens.
